Why Polypropylene?
These buckets are crafted from polypropylene because it is much less porous and vastly smoother than different HDPE fermenters. HDPE is porous and might harbor microbial exercise making it more tricky to clear and sanitize.
Being much less porous, polypropylene additionally does not soak up aroma like HDPE so there is much less favour raise over from batch to batch.
