Ajino-haha’ Mirin is historically made in Japan of UsaA. Lundberg biological brief grain brown rice, brewed in cedar kegs. Essential in dashi noodle broth, teriyaki sauce, marinades, and sushi rice. Shoyu and mirin are the correct and left arms of Jap cooking. Mirin with some shoyu is a supreme marinade. Kosher.
